💎 Garment Technologist – Production Team – Essex 💎

Our client is looking for an experienced Garment Technologist to join their Production team in Essex.

This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled professional to develop high-quality, fit-for-purpose, innovative and safe products.

You will work closely with Sales, Design, Production and global suppliers, taking ownership of product quality, fit, safety and performance from initial development through to final approval.

The successful candidate will manage suppliers, priorities and critical-path deadlines, helping to deliver right-first-time samples, reduce delays, improve product performance and support continued business growth.

💎 Commercial garment development experience
💎 Strong product and garment technical knowledge
💎 Global supply-chain experience
💎 Quality management systems knowledge
💎 Experience managing product approvals and critical paths
💎 Strong supplier relationship and negotiation skills
💎 Excellent written and verbal communication
💎 Confident planning, prioritisation and risk-management skills
💎 Proactive, adaptable and detail-focused
💎 Continuous improvement mindset
💎 Based in Essex
💎 Reports to the Group Production Manager
